So what is clean eating? 

It’s a term used to describe foods that have not been processed that do not contain any additives or preservatives. Generally speaking ‘clean’ foods are those found in their RAW state sourced from the ground, trees or the sea.

Unlike faddy diets, a diet of clean eating not only provides your body with the essential nutrients it requires on a daily basis, but it also restores a natural balance within your body’s systems, resulting in increased energy levels and an improved immune system and mental wellbeing.

What’s more, eating clean is sustainable; it’s the lifestyle change your body craves.

At Raw Balance we actively encourage where ever possible to eat ‘real’ whole foods that have been organically grown. This means foods that are free from GMO’s, chemicals, pesticides, herbicides, preservatives and antibodies.

We recognise that eating clean takes planning, organisation and practice. It’s a journey of commitment and determination. At Raw Balance we offer advice and support through our personal 1:1 coaching sessions.
